The Story
For years, I sold the way I thought I was supposed to. I showed up loud, I followed the scripts, I pushed through the discomfort and called it discipline. And it worked — until it didn't. Until I burned out, lost my voice, and started dreading the very thing I'd built my business around.
My background spans technology, hospitality, real estate, and entrepreneurship. I've built companies, led teams, and generated over $40 million in revenue. I've also co-founded AI Coach Connection, bringing the next generation of coaching tools to practitioners who want to serve more people without burning out.
The turning point wasn't a new strategy. It was a question: What if the way I've been selling is simply wrong for who I am?
I discovered Human Design at a moment when I was ready to stop performing and start listening. My chart confirmed what I'd always suspected — I wasn't built for high-pressure, high-volume selling. I was built for depth, for resonance, for the kind of quiet authority that doesn't need to shout.
That discovery became the foundation of everything I now teach. Introverts don't need to be louder. They need to be truer. When you sell from your actual design — your nervous system, your voice, your values — the right clients find you. And the work becomes sustainable.
