1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing guinwhite.com or purchasing any product or service offered by Guin White (trading as Quietly Influential), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All digital products, including the Sacred Sales Starter Kit and Human Design Reports, are delivered with instant access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Coaching Engagement Terms

For Sacred Sales Mastery and any 1:1 coaching engagements:

  • Coaching is provided for a fixed term as agreed at the time of engagement.
  • Payment plans, where offered, must be honoured in full regardless of whether the client completes the programme.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
  • Guin White reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client's conduct is abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Coaching is not therapy. Results are not guaranteed. Client outcomes depend on the client's own effort, commitment, and circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, reports, and frameworks (including the Sacred Sales and Quiet Selling frameworks), is the intellectual property of Guin White. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guin White shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any products or services purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
